Key Notes

• Playoff Hole: After the round, the top 2 teams will head back to #18 for a one-hole playoff - all eyes on the finish.
• DJ Walk-Up Songs (Action Required): We’ll have a DJ on-course. Please send one walk-up song per team for your tee-box arrival.
• Tito’s Putting Contest (Action Required): Submit one player from your foursome to represent your team. Contest happens on the practice green as everyone congregates in the courtyard post-playoff.

On-Site Activations

• Courtyard will be buzzing - vendors selling merch, coffee being poured, beers being slung.
• Raffle: 30+ items (items up to $2,500 value). Tickets available on-site; proceeds benefit the Jimmy V Foundation.
• Raffles will be drawn silently and winners will be texted, so be sure to write down your phone # and check your phones.

Food & Beverages

• Chick-fil-A breakfast + Box lunch provided.
• Beer & Seltzers on course; liquor available for purchase at the turn & from the beverage cart.
• Shout Out Pinky's Westside Grill, PRP International, Havoc Brewing, Coors, Happy Dad, OMB, Cheerwine (Come Thirsty!)
• Rock Barn has been an awesome partner - show the beverage cart some love.

• Backswing Golf “Beat the Pro” - donate to shave a stroke; prizes for getting closer than the pro.

• 4-player scramble, stroke play. Play from the best shot each stroke until holed.

This day is about much more than golf. It’s about honoring Jeff Gans and turning that energy into real impact for the Jimmy V Foundation. Every raffle ticket, contest entry, and sponsor dollar helps fund cancer research that gives families more time together. That’s the “why” behind the fun.
